Kevin Pickard retired from the world of business in 1999 to pursue his on-going dedication to Aikido. He is ranked 4th dan and has studied martial arts for over 20 years. He has trained in Japan and throughout North America with top instructors. An internationally certified instructor, he has been teaching for many years. In 1992 he helped to develop and teach children’s Aikido class in Indianapolis and started a children’s class in Huntington Beach in 2002.
Edward Sterrett, 4th Dan, Yoshinkan Aikido, began his training in 1996, and has studied under several top level instructors from Japan. He is internationally certified and has been teaching Aikido to adults and children since 2001.
Flo Li, 1st kyu, Yoshinkan Aikido. Flo has been training at Aikido Del Mar since 2008. She currently assists with the Aiki-Kids and Aiki-Youth Classes, as well as serving as a primary instructor for the Aiki-CORE program.
